I schedule a limited number of photo sessions each month so contact me to discuss dates, times and possible locations. Payment of the session fee is required to complete the booking and I will email you to confirm the details.
I will contact you to discuss what you want from your session and how you are thinking of displaying the images you choose to buy. We will discuss the kind of images you are looking for, possible locations or setups and ideas you may have. We can also discuss what to wear to help get the look you are after (click here for some things to think about when selecting your outfits).
Once you have confirmed your session I will send you a pack of information to help make sure everything goes well. The pack will include price lists and package options for the images you choose to order.
You should plan to be available for 3-4 hours for location shoots and about 2-3 hours for a home / studio style shoot (includes setup time). The goal is for a relaxed and comfortable session where I will try to keep the process simple and fun as we build a collection of images for you to choose from.
Once the session has concluded I will get to work on processing the best of the images from the shoot. After 2 weeks I will bring to your home a collection of approximately 30 images for you to review on screen. We will run through the images and we can also take a look at how individual or grouped images might look on your walls using a selection of rooms like the one below which are designed to give you an idea of the scale and impact of single and grouped images. Judging the appropriate size for the display you want is made much simpler in this way and I will show you options for how your own images, rather than my examples, will look once displayed. I use wall display guides to give you an impression of how the finished images will look on your wall. This will help you to choose not just the image but also the right size for your requirements (click here for more examples of different settings, sizes and groupings).

I will help you to select the images you like the best using sample products so that you can get a sense of how they will look in your home (see how different sizes look in the image below, and also, click here to see how images are cropped according to the sizes that you select). I will take your order at this time. Once your order has been fulfilled I will provide you with a password protected online gallery so that you or your family can order additional products for two weeks following the viewing. If you select a package or spend more than £250 on individual items then I will also provide you with a mobile-photo-album, that you can access on your smartphone or tablet. This mobile album will include your 10 favourite images from the shoot so that you can always have them to hand; or, to share with family and friends (click here for an example).
You may also want to secure extended access to your images and this is possible in two ways. Either you can purchase a flash drive containing a number of selected images at a cost of £300 for 10, £500 for 20 or £600 for all images (minimum of 30, and the best value) allowing you to select your own print services (note: copyright for the images remains with i Level photography).
Or, you can pay to maintain your gallery providing you with ongoing access to your images and my printing services at a cost of £150 for the full set of images for a period of 12 months.
Your selected art work will be delivered direct to your home. If you choose not to keep your online gallery available I will maintain an archive of all of the images you have viewed so that further products can be purchased from my website should you wish.
